Open workshop 13th March 7-9pm: how to improve Hackney's Streets

Do you live or work in Hackney? Do you travel through Hackney on foot, by car or bike?

You are invited to an open Workshop:
7-9pm on 13 March 2013

St Anne’s Community Hall
Hemsworth Street
 N1 5LF

The Canal & River Trust and London Cycling Campaign in Hackney are working together because the Regent’s Canal towpath has become heavily congested. Canal & River Trust is working to help improve the streets surrounding the canal for cycling.

We are inviting local people and community groups to contribute to finding solutions. Local knowledge is invaluable for doing this.

The aim of the workshop is to explore different ways in which residential roads can be made more attractive for pedestrians, cyclists and local communities.

Come along and help us, and spread the word!

Light snacks and refreshments will be provided
Or call 020 3204 4435
